The natural world has always been her main interest, her love of plants has now combined with where they grow in their environment, with a special interest in the landscape and geology of place.


ʻMy paintings are based on inspiration from my surroundings - plants growing and their
relation to place. The subjects are diverse and ongoingʼ.

Born: Mumbles, Swansea.
Lives: Llantwit Major, Vale of Glamorgan.


Education

1955 - 1958, Studied painting at the Bath Academy of Art, Corsham.
1958, Awarded BAA Travelling scholarship.
